July 2023 Reads
Here we are at the end of another month in 2023! And you know what that means: What books were read in July? Some of the reviews have posted and others will be coming! Kim did not get any books read in July, so she won’t be taking part this month.
I read 6 books in total for July: 5 on audio and one on kindle. This month I had two top reads that I listened to on audio, but I enjoyed them so much that I had to buy physical copies of them! It’s fine that I had two top reads because it’s a two-book series as of now, with the author working on book three! I can’t wait for it!
The books are listed in the order I finished them:
Forever Hold Your Peace by Liz Fenton and Lisa Steinke – 4 stars
Chaos Theory by Nic Stone- 4 stars
The Housemaid by Freida McFadden- 5 stars
The Housemaid’s Secret by Freida McFadden- 5 stars
The Sacrifice by Indrajit Garai- 3 stars
Tell Me What Really Happened by Chelsea Sedoti- 4 stars
My favorite reads were The Housemaid and The Housemaid’s Secret by Freida McFadden. They were great and I really enjoyed the audio performance!
I always hate to say this, but my ‘least favorite’ which was based on the number of stars given was The Sacrifice by Indrajit Garai. This was a shorter book made of three short stories.
What did YOU read in July?
