Today I am sharing my review as a part of the Publication Day Push for 365 Days of Gratitude Journal by Mariëlle S. Smith.  This is a different type of review for me as I am not one to journal, but I can really see how this one will help others who are wanting to improve their gratitude in life.

Jessica’s Review:

Today’s review is different for me as this is not a book, but a journal; It is a journal on gratitude and how to improve your feelings and let your gratitude become sustainable in your entire life.  Life can become so busy that we often lose sight of many things and one of those things can be gratitude. Smith wants you to focus on each day of the year and what you were grateful for that day, week, past three months, even by the end of the year!

There are daily prompts, quotes, and more for each day throughout the whole year!  This does not have to be started on January 1st, it can be started at anytime as you write in each day. Smith even gives you Day 366 just in case you are working on your gratitude on a Leap Year!

I enjoyed the layout of the pages for each day, as I am visual and it works well for me!  I reviewed a PDF and not a physical copy, so I hope the space for each ‘bubble’ is big enough for those who write larger! At the end of every three months Smith wants you to look back at the previous three months and how you improved.

I can see as the year progresses that one who chooses to journal about their gratitude and outlook on life will both improve. Doing this journal each day would not take much time, maybe 15 minutes to give yourself time to reflect on your day.   For the one who journals and is seriously dedicated to do this daily, I am sure they will become more grateful and have a much improved lease on life!
