Kim’s Review:

This was actually a disappointing read for me. I was so excited to read it: Demon Nazis, miraculous artifacts, nonstop action. But then it all just kinda fell flat. It took me forever to actually get past the first couple chapters. I started and then stopped multiple times before I finally kept reading. It had a pretty good middle with a lot of action and good character development, but then when everything was revealed, it all felt so inconsequential. There was no real explanation about anything. I mean, how does the spear used in at the Crucifixion contain a more ancient power that didn’t come from Christ but yet still pierced His side and then became an important relic for the Church and ended up in Nazi hands, but oddly enough is so much more than just a Christian relic … none of it made sense.

And the resolution was anticlimactic and unsatisfying and I just felt gypped. So overall, I can’t really recommend this book.
